Phone trouble 2/15/11

We have been having trouble with the phone system since 2/12/11. It appears that the phones intermittently stop allowing incoming calls. Please call 720-979-0971 if you are unable to get through on the usual number (303-649-9972). This is a problem that is affecting many customers of tw telecom and is being addressed.
